Laboratory Benches
Wall benches 300 cm long, 90 cm deep and 75 cm high, with powder-coated steel base cabinets, overhead cabinets, a sink and a hot/cold water faucet, with the worktop chosen to suit the laboratory.
Ceramic worktop (ARKF-COR-G0085): excellent chemical and heat resistance, with Corian sink
Corian worktop (ARKF-CE-BR0086): limited chemical resistance, suited to wet areas, with polypropylene sink
Epoxy worktop (ARKF-EP-BLC0087): very good chemical and heat resistance, with epoxy resin sink
Phenolic worktop (ARKF-PH-SKB0088): good chemical resistance, suited to low-class microbiology areas
Worktops
Phenolic Laminate
Good level of chemical resistance, recommended for moisture and wet areas and low-class microbiology areas. Not suitable for hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid or sodium hydroxide.
Corian
Heat- and shock-resistant, repairable, moldable, easy to clean, pore-free and pollution-resistant; used in operating rooms.
Epoxy Resin
Very good level of chemical resistance, recommended for wet areas, high-temperature areas and areas with heavy chemical load. Not suitable for sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, potassium permanganate or various solvents.
Trespa
A urethane-acrylic surface on a cellulose-fiber reinforced phenolic resin core; non-porous and resistant to a large number of aggressive chemicals, wear and water.
Ceramic
Excellent level of chemical resistance, recommended for wet areas, high-temperature areas and areas with heavy chemical load.
Frames & Base Cabinets
C-Frame System
High load-bearing frames that support the worktop, fitted with leveling legs and epoxy-painted against chemical spills and corrosion. Available in 1800, 1500, 1200 and 900 mm lengths, for plinth, suspended and mobile systems.
Base Cabinet Benches
The standard and most frequently used system, suited to laboratories with few changes over their lifetime. Base cabinets can support worktops without C-frames, except for heavy ceramic and epoxy tops.
Cabinets & Fittings
Chemical cabinets: for acids, alkalis, solvents and flammables; fire- and corrosion-resistant
Gas cylinder cabinets: fire- and explosion-resistant, with ventilation and fume exhaust
Pump cabinets: reduce noise and vibration, with airflow to cool the pump
Polypropylene sinks: resistant to acids, alkalis and reagents
Emergency shower & eye wash: solid brass, acid-proof
Laboratory chairs: various designs and heights
Chairs with armrests: comfortable for long working hours
